I have worked in carpentry and home renovation since I was 17 years old. I started off working for a shop fitting company as an apprentice for 5 years. This gave me a wealth of experience and knowledge. But I knew back then that running my own business was what I really wanted to do. So, in 2002, after 8 years of learning from, and working for others, I started out on my own. Twenty years on, and I still absolutely love what I do. I have always been a creative person and I love to find design solutions to challenges.

On a personal note, I live in Patcham, Brighton with my wife and our 3 children. I enjoy eating out with my family, cooking, playing tennis and, of course, watching Grand Designs!
